Soon after graduating college he got accepted at the Miami International University of Art and Design to pursue his MFA in Filmmaking. Abdul writes, directs, and produces short films. He also works on film sets any chance he gets, and does anything, in hopes of learning everything there is to learn about filmmaking. (Although, he's not a big fan of boom operating). Long story short, he is a philosopher at heart, an architect in the head, a short story writer when moody, an essayist when angry, a poet when inspired, hungry when lazy, and a filmmaker all the while. And sometimes, he dips his french fries in mayo. Deal with it.

richard cortez

known mostly for his infamous first single, craving something beautiful, which appeared on cortez’s first full-length studio album, it was clear from the get-go that richard cortez was not your average recording artist. the record, appropriately entitled “craving something beautiful,” started appearing for sale online and in small gay retail shops in the summer of ’05, and has become somewhat of a gay folk cult classic.
